POSITION: QA Analyst

The QA Analyst will be assigned to a financial services account seeking a highly intelligent, customer service drivenm self starter with a strong desire to work for an extremely fast paced and technology driven organization.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly test all releases in QA prior to release to production.
• Develop test scripts to ensure proper web portal testing.
• Ensure QA environment is accurate and history is preserved.
• Manage code/db releases from development to QA
• Coordinate with the infrastructure team to releases to production services.
• Work with Director of IT to determine release dates and bug/fix needs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years QA experience with web portals.
• 1+ years experience with code management software.
• 4+ years experience with Windows OS.
• Meticulous documentation skills.
• Experienced in effectively communicating issues with developers.
• Excellent customer services skills and self starter.
• BS/BA degree required.
